Since its first race in June 1923, Schleizer Dreieck has been part of German motorcycle and car-racing history. The current 3.805-kilometre configuration, used since 2004, runs anticlockwise. Earlier versions were considerably longer; their measurements do not describe today’s circuit. The undulating natural course combines racing tradition with road sections that are fully closed only for events. Motorcycle and sidecar races shape its programme. Visitors can request a guided tour including the Motorwelt exhibition. A tour, an announced race meeting and a training session remain three different reasons to visit, each with its own dates and conditions.
