The club operates Grambeker Heidering south of Mölln. Public practice days are listed separately in its calendar and differ from members-only Wednesday sessions. The grounds also have a children’s circuit and beginner meadow; confirm their precise eligibility rules directly.

Public motocross practice on selected Saturdays
Operator schedule
Public practice is limited to selected Saturdays in the club calendar. Wednesday practice is members-only; there is no Sunday practice. Register with a waiver before taking part. Protective clothing and an environmental mat are mandatory. The club lists noise limits of 96 dB for two-strokes and 94 dB for four-strokes. Check current event conditions and release before travelling.
